A SEVEN-DAY THANKSGIVING JOURNEY

The Abundance Table.

Gratitude for the Life I Have. Possibility for the Life I’m Creating.

Created by Esther Onono-Yarrington

You can be grateful for your life
and still want something different.

You make room for everyone. This season, make room for yourself, too. If family gatherings bring love alongside old expectations, or you find yourself giving more than you have to spare, this journey invites you to pause and listen to what you need.

Across seven self-paced days, explore what nourishes you, the expectations you have inherited, and the space you want for rest, receiving, and possibility. You can honor your family, acknowledge what hurts, and choose what you carry forward. Gratitude leaves room for all of it.

Thoughtful written lessons, guided journaling, and practical exercises help you turn reflection into intention. Create your own Abundance Table, a personal declaration, and three realistic actions for the next thirty days. Begin with your life as it is, and make a considered place for what comes next.

Planned launch November 9, 2026. Enrollment opens soon. Reservations and payments are not being taken yet.

An intimate table prepared with ivory linen, wine-colored napkins, fruit, bread, and candlelight
A place for gratitude, grief, care, and possibility.

RISE IN BODY

Care belongs here.

Rest, nourishment, capacity, and pleasure have a place beside your intentions.

REIGN IN MIND

See with discernment.

Examine comparison, inherited expectations, and the stories shaping your choices.

REMEMBER IN SOUL

Begin from sacred worth.

Your belonging does not depend on a full table, perfect gratitude, or constant achievement.

SEVEN DAYS · A THOUGHTFUL PROGRESSION

What your table
will come to hold.

Read at your own pace. Seven days describes the sequence, not a deadline.

DAY 1 OF SEVEN

The Life Already on Your Table

What abundance exists in my life that I have stopped noticing?

When your attention lives on what is unfinished, even a full life can feel as though it has little to offer. Perhaps you can name every gap, yet struggle to name what has quietly helped you keep going.

Day One gives you a fuller starting point. Explore how comparison shapes what you notice, recognize the support already present, and give unmet needs an honest place. You will build a seven-area inventory you can return to when deciding what deserves your care next.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

The Abundance Inventory

Create an honest inventory of the people, abilities, routines, and resources that support your life. Notice what is present while leaving room to name what you still need.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • A clearer picture of your resources, relationships, and everyday supports.
  • Space to name a real need without diminishing what is good.
  • One overlooked support to acknowledge through a practical act.

DAY 2 OF SEVEN

The Woman Who Carried You Here

Have I truly honored the person who helped me survive and become who I am?

You may remember every choice you wish you had made differently, yet rarely pause to acknowledge what life asked of you. There is a woman behind your present life whose effort deserves a more generous, truthful witness: you.

Day Two invites you to meet a former version of yourself with context and care. Trace a few meaningful seasons, recognize what they required, and consider what you needed then. An optional private letter helps you bring that recognition into an act of care today.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

The Woman Before Me

Give attention to the woman you have been through effort, change, and ordinary days. Reflect on what she carried, what she learned, and the care you can offer her now.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • A personal map of turning points, quiet effort, and support.
  • An optional letter in your own words to a former self.
  • A specific way to practice self-recognition in your present life.

DAY 3 OF SEVEN

The People Around Your Table

Who nourishes my life, and where am I giving more than I can sustainably offer?

A gathering can hold affection, obligation, comfort, and exhaustion at the same time. If you are usually the one organizing, listening, or giving, it can be difficult to notice where your own capacity has disappeared from the arrangement.

Day Three helps you look at the relationships around your table with greater clarity. Explore what nourishes you, what you willingly offer, and where an expectation needs attention. Create a relationship map and choose an appreciation, request, limit, or support step that fits your circumstances.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

The Relationship Table

Explore the relationships around your table. Consider nourishment, reciprocity, capacity, and one realistic way to make giving or receiving more thoughtful.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • A private map of giving, receiving, and capacity across connections.
  • Language for what needs attention without judging a whole person.
  • One safe, proportionate next choice, with contact entirely optional.

DAY 4 OF SEVEN

The Gifts You Overlook

What have I labeled ordinary that is actually extraordinary in my life?

The things that come naturally to you can become the things you dismiss most quickly. A skill you use every day, a small freedom, or a dependable source of ease may seem too ordinary to count, even when it makes a difference.

Day Four invites you to look again. Through the Hidden Gifts Audit, examine three ordinary experiences, notice why you minimized them, and decide how to appreciate or protect what they offer. Build a brief awareness practice that fits a routine you already have.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

The Hidden Gifts Audit

Look again at a familiar skill, an ordinary support, or a quality you rarely acknowledge. Give it a place in your understanding of a nourishing life.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • Three overlooked gifts named through specific, everyday evidence.
  • A closer look at the familiar sentences that minimize them.
  • A simple way to tend one gift without adding another demand.

DAY 5 OF SEVEN

The Empty Chairs

How do I honor what is missing without losing sight of what remains?

Some seasons make an absence more visible. An empty chair may bring memories, mixed feelings, a changed tradition, or the ache of a future you expected. You may want room to acknowledge it without having to explain everything.

Day Five offers an optional, gently paced reflection on what is missing and what care is available now. Choose a private remembrance, a symbolic act, a practical support plan, or no ritual. You decide what to name, what to leave untouched, and when to pause.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

Honoring the Empty Chair

Make optional space for absence, remembrance, and mixed feelings. Choose how deeply to engage, adapt the reflection, or leave it for another time.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • Space to acknowledge an absence without requiring resolution or closure.
  • An optional way to keep or adapt a meaningful tradition.
  • A holiday-care plan that includes permission, support, and a pause.

DAY 6 OF SEVEN

Gratitude Without Complacency

Can I appreciate my present life while still desiring more?

Perhaps you love parts of your life and still want more room to rest, create, connect, or contribute. That desire can become difficult to name when you worry that wanting change makes you ungrateful for what you already have.

Day Six gives appreciation and aspiration a place together. Explore what matters beneath one desire, the conditions surrounding it, and the care you want your ambition to respect. Your Both-And Reflection turns a vague longing into a specific possibility you can thoughtfully explore.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

The Both-And Reflection

Let appreciation and desire sit beside each other. Name what you cherish and a possibility you want to explore without dismissing the life you have.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • A personal statement that holds appreciation alongside a desired change.
  • Clarity about the values and real constraints shaping one aspiration.
  • A small learning experiment and something important you will protect.

DAY 7 OF SEVEN

Setting the Table for What Comes Next

What kind of life am I intentionally preparing to receive and create?

A meaningful reflection deserves a place in the life you return to. After making space for gratitude, effort, relationships, gifts, absence, and desire, the question becomes personal: what will you choose to tend in the coming month?

Day Seven gathers your seven-place Abundance Table into a declaration and three realistic actions. Choose timing, support, and review points so your intentions fit your actual life. You leave with a written plan you can revisit, adapt, and continue at your own pace.

YOUR GUIDED PRACTICE

My Abundance Table and 30-Day Plan

Gather your seven-place Abundance Table into a personal declaration and three realistic actions for the next thirty days. Choose support and a way to review what you try.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE WITH YOU

  • Your completed personal Abundance Table and written declaration.
  • Three actions for the next thirty days, with practical support.
  • One-week, two-week, and thirty-day prompts for reviewing your choices.
