COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLE · CHAPTER I OF VII
Royal Awakening
Notice where you have the power to choose.
You are experiencing the first chapter. This sample does not grant member access or save progress to an account.
Inner authority begins when you notice the difference between what happens around you and what you can choose within it. You may not control another person’s response, the timing of an opportunity, or every demand on your day. You can still decide what you will agree to, what support you will seek, and which next step belongs to you.
Empowerment becomes tangible through an honest inventory. Where are you waiting to be chosen? Where are you calling a habit an obligation? Where might a small, available choice give you a little more room? Acknowledging constraints makes your next decision more useful.
Choose one area to practice today. Give your attention to the part you can influence, rather than asking yourself to solve the whole situation at once.
A choice can be available even when the larger situation remains constrained. Be precise about the scale of your influence. You may not change a work requirement, yet you might ask for clearer priorities, decide when to seek help, or stop accepting an optional task. Naming the real constraint makes a smaller choice more credible.
Notice what waiting protects you from. Being chosen can spare you the discomfort of asking or deciding, but it can also leave your direction dependent on someone else’s attention. Look for one invitation you can make to your own life. Agency includes recognizing where support, resources, or a shared decision are genuinely needed.
HOW THIS CAN LOOK
You cannot determine a manager’s answer to a schedule request. You can prepare a clear proposal, describe its effect on your work, and consider alternatives. The power available is participation in the decision, rather than a guarantee that your preferred outcome will occur.
Go deeper at your own pace
These further questions are optional. Sit with them quietly or include what matters in your reflections below.
- Where have I mistaken limited influence for no available choice?
- What am I waiting to be given permission to begin?
YOUR SACRED PRACTICE
Draw three circles on a page: Within my control; Within my influence; Outside my control. Place one current concern in the circles. Choose a next step from the first circle and name the support you might need from the second.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
Take a little time with what you noticed.
You can return to this sample whenever you wish. The full journey includes six further chapters and a home for your saved words in My Sanctuary. Paid enrollment is not open yet.
