COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLE · CHAPTER I OF VII
True Self
Listen for the woman beneath the roles you carry.
You are experiencing the first chapter. This sample does not grant member access or save progress to an account.
Your life contains many roles, but there are qualities, values, and curiosities that belong to you across those roles. Purpose begins with noticing what feels meaningful when you set aside the need to impress or accommodate.
Think about moments when you feel most like yourself. What are you doing? What quality are you expressing? Who are you with? Look for clues rather than a perfect definition of your identity.
Today’s nourishment is attention to your own inner life. Let one honest observation guide a small choice.
Purpose can be confused with the role that receives the most approval. Set aside the title briefly and notice the qualities you value when you feel most like yourself. Curiosity, care, craft, courage, beauty, learning, or fairness may appear in several different roles. Naming them gives direction a foundation that can survive changes in circumstance.
Your identity is not reduced to your usefulness. Meaning can include pleasure, relationships, spiritual life, and the experience of being alive, as well as contribution. Ask which parts of you have become faint under responsibility. A direction that excludes these parts may reproduce an old demand to earn belonging through service.
HOW THIS CAN LOOK
You have always been the dependable organizer and assume purpose must mean more organizing. You also notice how alive you feel while teaching a small group. Both are real capacities; exploring the second lets your own interest join what others already expect of you.

These further questions are optional. Sit with them quietly or include what matters in your reflections below.
- What quality remains meaningful when I set my titles aside?
- Which part of me would purpose make room for, beyond being useful?
