COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLE · CHAPTER I OF VII

The Wealth Within

Recognize your worth and the resources already present.

You are experiencing the first chapter. This sample does not grant member access or save progress to an account.

Begin with the dignity you bring into your life, before counting what you own or earn. Your worth remains present through changing circumstances. Let it inform the way you care for yourself and receive care from others.

Look at the resources that are already part of your world: skills, knowledge, relationships, time, material support, and opportunities to learn. Some are plentiful; others may need attention. Give each an honest name.

Define what a nourishing life means to you in this season. Include the experiences and conditions you value, such as enough rest, meaningful work, companionship, or room to create.

Abundance begins with an honest view of resources, not a requirement to feel wealthy when circumstances are difficult. Skills, relationships, time, care, and material support each matter, but they are not interchangeable. A meaningful connection does not erase a real financial constraint. Let appreciation and an accurate account of need remain beside one another.

Define enough in the language of your present life. What would make nourishment, rest, participation, and stability more available? Notice where comparison has replaced your own definition. Sacred worth remains present through changing resources. It does not guarantee resources, but it can guide how you care for yourself and ask for support without making need a personal failure.

HOW THIS CAN LOOK

You recognize strong relationships and a useful skill while also naming limited time and a material need. Gratitude does not require declaring that everything is sufficient. The inventory helps you see what can support you and what still needs practical attention.

These further questions are optional. Sit with them quietly or include what matters in your reflections below.

  • Which resource is available, and which need cannot be met by appreciating something else?
  • How has comparison distorted my own definition of enough?
