Why it was created
A crown here represents stewardship rather than superiority. Leadership becomes more trustworthy when people understand your role, how decisions are made, and where they have a voice. This journey examines the habits that make authority unclear or dependent on overextension, so care for the vision includes the people and capacity behind it.
What you can practice
You will practice translating values into observable choices, clarifying expectations, and handing over work with meaningful ownership and support. You will consider uncertainty before deciding and build a small review rhythm that serves the work.
