COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLE · CHAPTER I OF VII
The Voice That Is Yours
Listen for the tone and words that feel like your own.
You are experiencing the first chapter. This sample does not grant member access or save progress to an account.
Your voice includes how you speak, what you write, and the choices you make about what deserves expression. Begin by noticing the situations where you sound most like yourself.
You may lead with a soft, soothing, paused voice. You can also choose a stronger declaration when the moment calls for it. Authority can be expressed through clear words, honest intention, and consistent action across different tones.
Choose three qualities you want people to experience in your voice. Let those qualities guide a small speaking or writing practice today.
Your voice does not have to resemble the voice most readily rewarded in a room. Softness, directness, humor, warmth, careful thought, and a deliberate pause can each carry authority when their meaning is clear. Notice where you are adapting usefully and where you are losing the qualities you want your expression to hold.
Voice includes discretion. You choose what to say, what to write, what remains private, and when silence serves you. Begin with the purpose of a particular expression rather than a demand to speak more everywhere. A voice that is yours can develop through practice without becoming an imitation of someone else’s temperament.
HOW THIS CAN LOOK
You admire bold speakers but feel most accurate in a measured conversation. You practice a clear central sentence and allow a pause instead of copying an energetic style. The message remains yours, with a form suited to how you wish to meet people.

These further questions are optional. Sit with them quietly or include what matters in your reflections below.
- Where does adaptation support clarity, and where does it obscure who I am?
- What purpose would speaking serve in this particular moment?
YOUR SACRED PRACTICE
